The achievement of 64% of the data collection has enabled the City of Sorrento, to receive the prize as Riciclone National City during the ceremony which was held in Rome on July 14 in the presence of the Minister for the Environment. This figure has been achieved, as well as by a good organization of the new collection service, largely due to the intensive communication, awareness-raising and Alderman Penisolaverde Environment carried out jointly by more than two years now. Among the most successful experiences, implemented within the communications service to and from Penisolaverde 'Department for Environment, there is an opening door to door service by acting in direct contact with consumers, both through holding meetings in parishes and remote communities, to cement the sense of ownership and responsibility the success of the service is with the implementation of the Recycling Education Project which has seen the various phases of the construction of a workshop on the musical collection, which has created a unique event called Sorrento for the Environment, also honored by Comieco who helped finance the project. Besides, there is other important moments of communication organized the show as a lifestyle choice and many of Comieco days.
